We’re a Minneapolis-based restaurant group that’s been proudly rooted in Uptown for over a decade, known for bold flavors, creative menus, and an unwavering commitment to hospitality. We’re looking for a General Manager who can lead with heart, hustle, and strategic insight as we continue to evolve and grow.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have :
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager of a restaurant
- Proven success in fast-casual or high-volume environments
- A passion for hospitality and guest experience
- An upbeat, energetic, and approachable personality
- Strong leadership, team-building, and coaching skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and attentive to detail
- Ability to multi-task and make quick, confident decisions under pressure
- A positive attitude with a sense of humor and humility
- Comfortable with modern restaurant systems (POS, scheduling, inventory, payroll, etc.)
