Job Responsibilities :

• Provide full-time clinical care (office surgery and deliveries) while guiding the clinical and strategic development of the womens health program.
• Deliver care at a hospital with a Level II NICU handling approximately 1600 deliveries per year.
• Lead program development and strategic expansion for the Womens Health service line in Cincinnatis east side.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams to enhance quality outcomes patient satisfaction and growth.
• Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers fostering excellence and teamwork.
• Work closely with certified nurse-midwives and MFM support from the University of Cincinnati.
• Maintain a balanced MondayFriday schedule including dedicated leadership time for administrative duties.
• Participate in a 1 : 6 call rotation.
