COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE

• $400,000+ annual base compensation

• Performance-based bonus incentives

Compensation is negotiable based on experience, subspecialty or procedural focus, patient volume, productivity, and schedule preferences.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The ENT (Otolaryngologist) will provide comprehensive outpatient care for disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. The role includes evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and longitudinal management of ENT conditions. Access to in-house diagnostics, imaging, and specialty referrals is available.

This is a patient-facing, clinically autonomous role supported by an experienced care team and established operational infrastructure.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

• Active New York State medical license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA registration (or eligibility)

• Patient-centered, collaborative approach

• Interest in long-term practice stability and growth
