Job Description
Shift: 5x8/DAYS (8:30A-5P: Alternating Weekends), Length: 13 weeks, GT: 40, Start: 5/12/25 or sooner, POSITION REQUIREMENTS: at least 2 years of Home Health experience, Experience with Oasis documentation, Experience with Wellsky EMR and wound care would be a bonus, Experience with on call / triage, Reliable and dependable, excellent time management skills, Professional, Customer service excellence, compassion and caring, Licensure in hand at time of submission. Alternating weekends
