Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day relationships with a defined set of client accounts
Educate customers to ensure adoption and optimal usage of the company's offerings
Track key deliverables and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
Two to four years of experience in a client-facing environment role, ideally in financial services
Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce; Hubspot is a plus
Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts concurrently
Eagerness to learn the company's products, data, and client use cases in depth
