Position Overview : Profession : Physician Specialty : Neurology Location : Near Ordinary, VA Start Date : ASAP End Date : Ongoing Coverage Type : Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Practice Setting : Office / Ambulatory Clinic Call Requirements : No Call Key Responsibilities : Shift Details : Monday-Friday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM No call requirements, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule Patient Care : 100% outpatient coverage, providing care to patients with various neurological conditions Manage an average of 12-16 patients per day in a clinic setting Work collaboratively with a team of 11 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Support Staff : Supported by a skilled team including 1 RN, 4 LPNs, and 1 MA Access to onsite labs and advanced office equipment including EMG and Doppler EMR System : Epic, ensuring streamlined documentation and patient management Certification & Licensure Requirements : Board Certification : Must be board-certified in Neurology State License : Active Virginia medical license highly preferred, must be obtained by the time of credentialing Additional Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required Vaccination Requirements : Flu vaccine required at the time of credentialing COVID-19 vaccine highly preferred Why This Opportunity?
