Job description

Duties :

• Provide direct patient care, including health coaching and education
• Perform assessments and create care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
• Assist with diagnostic procedures
• Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation and coding purposes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
