Mobile Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Mobile Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of mobile engineers across frontend and backend disciplines

Provide technical guidance on mobile architecture and best practices while maintaining coding standards

Drive project management activities, including timeline management and backlog prioritization using Agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

6+ years of software development experience across frontend, backend, and mobile

2+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams

Strong project and development management skills using Jira, Kanban, and Agile methodologies

Technical expertise in mobile development technologies, ideally including Flutter / Dart and AWS backend services

Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a positive team culture
