A company is looking for an Account Director to join their Client Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client accounts and ensure client satisfaction
Develop and execute communication plans for clinical trials
Mentor and coach junior team members to support their development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in communications, English, or a related field
5-8 years of agency experience in healthcare and science communications / public relations
Experience with pharma clients or high-science communications preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with media tools
Knowledge of AI and AI tools
