Data Entry / Customer Service Specialist

Join a dynamic team that provides American-made medical equipment and laboratory products to various industries including pathology, histology, necropsy, autopsy, and mortuary. We are seeking an Order Entry Specialist to assist with the transition to a new computer system, Visual II, by uploading customer certifications.

Responsibilities :

• Collect and upload customer certificates into the Visual II system.
• Reach out to primary customer contacts to retrieve necessary information.
• Handle potentially thousands of certificates due to a substantial backlog.
• Scan and upload certificates into the new system.
• Maintain strong customer service throughout the process, which may require persistence.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison Heights, MI.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
