Key Responsibilities
Manage digital transformation engagements to drive customer experience innovation and technology adoption
Develop strategic roadmaps aligning marketing, data, customer experience, and technology ecosystems
Lead vendor management processes, including selection, negotiation, and relationship management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Digital channels and products in Financial Services, or a High School Diploma / GED with 14 years of experience
Preferred experience in digital channel / platform management
Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
Experience in leading digital transformation projects with Fortune 500 clients
Ability to perform budgeting, P&L management, and business case development
