We are partnering with a well-established underground utilities construction company that is seeking an experienced  Lowboy / Transport Driver  with a valid  Class A CDL  to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of heavy construction equipment and materials to and from job sites. This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to operate various types of heavy equipment while working in a fast-paced, construction-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate lowboy and transport trucks to transport heavy construction equipment and materials
  • Load, unload, and securely fasten equipment and materials onto trailers
  • Operate manual transmission vehicles (13-speed) and various pieces of heavy equipment
  • Ensure compliance with all truck driving laws, regulations, and safety protocols
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including hot, cold, and rainy conditions
  • Navigate uneven surfaces and work in a safety-sensitive environment
  • Adapt to unexpected situations, such as traffic or weather delays, while maintaining schedules
  • Mobilize equipment and materials at the start of projects, ensuring timely delivery to job sites

    • Who We’re Looking For

  • Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record
  • Proven experience driving heavy equipment, including the ability to operate manual transmissions (13-speed)
  • Strong knowledge of truck driving rules, regulations, and safety procedures
  • Ability to secure loads to trailers properly and safely
  • Physical stamina to work long hours and handle heavy equipment and materials
  • Experience with heavy machinery, concrete structures, and materials is a plus

  • Schedule of Monday – Friday, 7 : 00am – 5 : 00pm
