Lucky Spot Barbershop is the first African American Owned and Operated barbershop located in Walmart stores, worldwide. We are growing by leaps and bounds and we are in need of professional, serious and goal-oriented individuals to grow with us. We have multiple locations to include Charlotte, Columbia with more locations to come. Our receptionists play a very integral role within the Lucky Spot brand so the ideal candidate should be a team player and possess the ability to provide wonderful customer service to our clients and a positive attitude with reliable transportation. **Weekends are required*******

Job Description:

-First point of contact for clients

-Answering phone calls + scheduling appointments

-Stocking & light cleaning duties

-Clerical duties, etc.

-Establishing and maintaining customer profiles

-Informing customers of prices, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by customer

-Performing other duties as assigned.

-Operates personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software

-Distributing literature/information

Education:

-High School Diploma/GED

Experience:

-2+ years customer service

-Microsoft Office
