Job Description

Paralegal – Legal & Compliance Support | Financial Services | On-Site (Los Angeles Area)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support legal, compliance, and documentation functions within a fast-paced financial environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct borrower and entity due diligence, including AML / KYC reviews, ownership verification, and background checks.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain loan documents, templates, and related corporate materials.
  • Support record keeping and coordination of business filings across multiple entities.
  • Assist with internal compliance processes, policy updates, and regulatory tracking.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in a paralegal, compliance, or financial services role.
  • Experience in mortgage, real estate, or related sectors preferred.
