Job Description

Immediate $1,500 Bonus Paid on Your First Paycheck

Company solo regional flatbed positions hauling steel, pipe, and coil loads. Flexible non-forced dispatch. Majority of drivers operate within 4–6 states with consistent weekend home time Late-model automatic tractors permanently assigned – permitted to take home.

Pay & Benefits

  • $1,500 bonus on first paycheck
  • 27% load percentage – $1,400–$1,600 average weekly gross
  • Top performers reach $1,800–$2,000+
  • $40 extra every time you tarp a load
  • Layover pay $50 (after 24 hours)
  • Detention pay $16 / hour after 2 hours
  • Quarterly safety and clean inspection bonus
  • $300 weekly non-taxable per diem
  • Rider and pet policy from day one
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and 401k with company match after 30 days
  • Home on weekends

Requirements

  • Minimum 22 years of age
  • 12+ months verifiable flatbed experience in past 5 years
  • Documented steel, pipe, or coil securement experience (coil hauling strongly preferred)
  • Proficient with tarps, straps, chains, and binders
  • No DUI / DWI convictions in the last 5 years
  • No violations in FMCSA Clearinghouse
  • Pre-employment urine drug screen required
