Healthcare Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Healthcare Practice Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily management and support to Operations Managers and the Practice Administrator, ensuring operational alignment across service lines

Develop guidance for provider hiring, licensure mix, and capacity forecasting, partnering with Operations Managers to maintain optimal provider coverage

Monitor provider and operational performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective action or improvement plans as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing multi-layered teams

Proven success managing large provider networks or multi-site virtual care operations

Strong understanding of provider workforce management, capacity forecasting, and licensure optimization

Analytical mindset with experience leveraging KPIs and dashboards to drive performance
