Reservation Sales Agent (Multi-Level Commissions)

Earth Limousines is looking for a sales representative to join our team in our Las Vegas office. This person will handle incoming email and phone call leads to secure the reservation booking.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth. They are punctual, team-oriented and eager to learn with strong independent thought and problem-solving skills. This position includes multi-level commissions to be earned for a strong sales agent.

Responsibilities:

• Promote, and sell Earth Limos & Buses services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
• Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
• Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
• Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.
• Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Earth Limos & Buses' overall market opportunity.

This is not a call center or secretarial type position. We aer seeking highly motivated, results-driven professionals. This is an in-office position and cannot be performed remotely. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires, at times, problem solving and critical thinking. Strong math skills are important for properly quoting our clients.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience selling a product or service
• High school Diploma
• Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
• Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
• Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Multi-tasking
• Attention to detail
• Above average typing skills and software knowledge
