Implementation Specialist

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist responsible for managing client inquiries and ensuring successful software implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Accelerate software adoption and reduce client churn by managing implementation expectations

Act as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries through various communication channels

Assist with technical account setup and proactively monitor client activity for necessary outreach

Required Qualifications

AA / AS degree or equivalent work experience preferred

2+ years of SaaS Point of Sale Support or Implementation experience

1+ years of salon software experience preferred

Experience in the beauty industry is a plus but not mandatory

Familiarity with SaaS applications such as Gainsight, Salesforce, or Skilljar
