Inspired Closets is hiring a detail-oriented person with an analytical mindset to help drive our business forward as a full- or part-time Cabinet Procurement Specialist! We're growing quickly, and we need a motivated person to help maintain our inventory and minimize workflow disruptions. CABINET PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST : YOUR ROLE

In this full- or part-time position, you'll oversee our purchasing activities, review designs for accuracy, and coordinate with our vendor and internal teams to support a smooth and efficient workflow. Attention to detail will be crucial as you check designs to verify fit and functionality before approving the order. After making sure everything looks good, you'll submit purchase orders to our primary vendor, confirm delivery timelines, and track backorders.

You'll closely monitor our inventory stock, collaborating with design, installation, and operations teams to anticipate needs and preemptively order materials. In case of any quality issues, order discrepancies, or material returns, you'll work with the vendor to resolve the problem.
