Litigation Paralegal

Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani a national law firm in all 50 States has an immediate opening for a Litigation Paralegal in its Chicago office. We offer flexible options for candidates including Full Time in Office and Hybrid Remote working schedules. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.

Ideal candidates will have a solid knowledge of litigation support and case management experience organizing large caseloads discovery trial preparation and experience assisting at trial and familiarity with State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Responsibilities include client contact document review and production drafting and responding to discovery indexing exhibit preparation investigation and research.

Requirements :

• Bachelors Degree (preferred)
• ABA approved Paralegal certificate (preferred)
• 2 years of trial and litigation paralegal experience
• Experience with Relativity or comparable litigation support software
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills

The Firm offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package including Medical Dental Vision 401K Disability Parental Leave and Life Insurance for employees who average 30 hours per week.

The yearly salary range is between $45000-$90000. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills training experience including the location where the position is filled.
