Commercial Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Renewals & Submissions : Meet with producers, set client expectations, complete renewal applications, and submit thorough proposals to carriers.
• Proposal & Quotation Analysis : Review carrier quotes, compare with EPIC schedules, and prepare professional proposals with premium comparisons.
• Policy & Endorsement Management : Request, review, and process endorsements, assist with complex endorsement requests, and ensure policy accuracy.
• Compliance & Contract Review : Handle COI compliance, order necessary endorsements, conduct contract / lease / bid reviews, and process Surplus Lines filings.
• Billing & Premium Management : Address receivables, manage invoicing complexities, secure financing, and resolve billing issues.
• Client & Carrier Relations : Maintain strong carrier relationships, attend meetings, understand market trends, and provide professional client follow-ups.
• Operational Responsibilities : Lead renewal meetings, oversee workload distribution, maintain certifications, complete training, and support team initiatives.

Salary range is $80K to $90K per year.
