StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular 8 Pay Rate : $206.61 - $223.65

This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements : 7a-3p + call
• Required Cases : General, Ortho(mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB. Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, epidurals
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent : MDs onsite, little to no supervision
• Credentialing Timeframe : up to 90 days
• License required or willing to license : Indiana License required
