In this role, you will be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality dialysis care using the Tablo system, monitoring patients throughout treatment, and supporting facility staff with setup, operation, and disinfection procedures. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes and contribute to the overall success of the healthcare team.

Required Skills:

• Active RN license valid in Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of dialysis nursing experience, with hemodialysis preferred
• Proficiency with the Tablo dialysis system
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to accurately document patient care and maintain compliance standards
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and on-call as needed

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior travel or temporary assignment experience
• Preceptor or nurse educator background

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Experience in inpatient, outpatient, or acute care settings

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to cover varied shifts, including weekends and on-call duties
• Ability to troubleshoot and operate dialysis equipment effectively
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
