Enrollment Coach

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coach I to support prospective students through their inquiry, application, and admission process.

Key Responsibilities

Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration while utilizing a consultative sales approach

Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process

Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide feedback to the Enrollment team regarding student issues and barriers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

One to three years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales

Experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM or student database

Strong technical and computer skills with an aptitude for learning new software quickly

Ability to work autonomously and achieve enrollment results
