Teamwork : Works cooperatively with Sales, Customers, and Manufacturing to accomplish cross functional tasks The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2 years of experience desired, but not a must requirement. Experience in HVAC system repairs, analysis and installation is a definite plus. AutoCAD inventor or similar CAD software experience is required Analytical Skills : Reviews job related information to assess and analyze results for accuracy, profitability, completeness, and consistency. Uses job related tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, LabVIEW, AutoCAD, Inventor, Microsoft-AX and Daily Reports) as needed. Candidate must be able to multitask and be a self starter. Must be able to lift up to 45lbs.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Primary responsibility include lab testing, CAD design, associated documentation
- Responsible construction & operation of the product development test lab and lab upgrade projects
- Be a part of the research & new product development team
- Format engineering documents, Bills of Material & product specifications
- Interact with customer design engineer for product selection, project management & technical support
- Provide technical sales support to sales representatives or Customers
- Develop a strong understanding of product lines and Product application knowledge
