Job specification

• Deliver direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and implementing nursing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Administer medications, and treatments, and provide support to patients according to their care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, and respond to changes in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, treatment options, and post-discharge instructions.

Candidate requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in an acute care or specialty setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Advanced certifications (such as ACLS) are preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
