Responsibilities
As a Field Technician III , you are responsible for providing support in the maintenance and operation of generators, HVAC, and telecommunication site infrastructures. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.
In addition, you will :
- Lead a Field Crew
- Read and understand a customer detail plan
- Provide superior customer service while ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner
- Adhere to all company and industry standards / regulations (OSHA,
- Prepare drawings of field sketches using AutoCAD
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and design requirements related to telecommunications, commercial, residential, and light industrial applications
- Conduct due diligence for multiple projects prior to field work
- Review peer work product
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Safety is a part of your day to dayYou have a track record of completing work with a high level of qualityYou have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your workYou are looking for long term projectsYou enjoy getting your hands dirty with your teamYou have high school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred5 + years of general construction experience preferred; some cell tower industry experience is highly preferredGood communication and interpersonal skills; self-starter, team player, and results-orientedMust be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and have a clean driving record to operate a company vehicleBasic computer knowledge of the Microsoft Office suiteExperience with AT&T or Verizon Wireless NetworksStrong written and verbal communication skillsCommissioning and Integration experience requiredMobile Access Certification is a plusAbility to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers and aerial platform equipmentAbility to lead crews when the foreman is gone DC / AC electrical skillsUpdate equipment office records and installation specifications to document accurately "as built"Ability to work on ladders, demonstrated manual dexterityMust be adaptable to changing environmentsMust be able to pick up 50 lbs., and be cable of working up to 12 hoursMust be available to work weekends and / or nights, in extreme weather conditions if necessary, and be willing to travel extensivelyMust be able to work out of the market or away from home as work demandHard work pays off.
