[job_card.job_description]Provides emergency / unscheduled repairs of production equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines Reads and interprets equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service Diagnose problems, replaces and repairs parts, tests and makes adjustments Performs a variety of electrical activities, including repairs and construction of new services Uses a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties Complies with all safety regulations Enters shop equipment specifications into company MRP system Utilizes MRP system to record equipment maintenance and repairs as they occur Performs other duties as assigned High school diploma / GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship or an equivalent number of years of education and electrical maintenance experience Licensed Electrician 4+ years of manufacturing experience Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills Attention to detail Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams Knowledge of MRP systems (Epicor a plus) Knowledge of local building codes and regulations Awareness of local building, DEEP (EPA) and OSHA codes and regulations. CNC Maintenance Technician

This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety and productive maintenance systems, along with installing, repairing and maintaining electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures in all company facilities. The CNC Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for maintaining maintenance records for all machines in our MRP system (EPICOR).
