Real Estate Manager (English/Spanish)

We are seeking a highly experienced and bilingual Real Estate Manager who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the real estate industry, including but not limited to city permits, Section 8 housing, evictions, and collections. Familiar with at least one of the management software such as,Yardi, Rent manager or App Folio or others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of various types of properties, including commercial, residential, retail, and more.
• Manage and navigate city permit processes efficiently.
• Handle Section 8 housing programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining positive tenant relationships.
• Develop and implement effective eviction strategies when necessary, while adhering to legal requirements.
• Manage rent collections and financial reporting for all properties.
• Collaborate with property owners, tenants, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain property value.
• Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in real estate management with a proven track record.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of city permits, Section 8 housing, evictions, and collections.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
