Bankruptcy Attorney

Overview: We’re seeking a motivated Bankruptcy Attorney with experience representing creditors in bankruptcy for a top client firm. This firm represents creditors, trustees, and debtors in some of the nation's largest bankruptcy cases. This is a remote position with a firm based out of Minnesota. Most of the work is federal, so a Minnesota bar license isn't required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent creditors of all types in Chapter 11 restructurings.

• Draft motions, pleadings, proofs of claim, and objections.

• Manage case strategy and negotiate settlements.

• Communicate with clients, trustees, and opposing counsel.

• Stay current on bankruptcy laws and compliance.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

• 3–8+ years of bankruptcy experience.

• Strong understanding of the Bankruptcy Code and creditors’ rights.

• Excellent litigation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
