Director of Business Development

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development - Hospice - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Hire, direct, train, and supervise the sales team at the agency level

Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals

Assist in overseeing the referral to admissions process to achieve growth goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

3+ years of experience in healthcare sales (preferred)

Knowledge of home health or hospice care (preferred)

Demonstrated solid computer skills for Microsoft Outlook and CRM software

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
