Key Responsibilities :

  • Patient Advocacy : Serve as the patient’s voice by promptly addressing concerns and collaborating with providers for effective resolutions.
  • Mastery of Technology : Leverage your expertise in electronic medical records to efficiently manage patient care, documentation, and communication.
  • Team Collaboration : Actively participate in daily huddles, ensuring seamless workflows and proactive solutions to patient and scheduling challenges.
  • Quality Care Standards : Monitor medical necessity for orders, assist with referrals, and ensure compliance with quality payment incentive programs.
  • Patient Education : Conduct engaging and informative education sessions tailored to specific clinic needs.
  • Support & Flexibility : Cheerfully assist other units or clinics during shortages and handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications :

    EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

    Graduate from an approved vocational licensed practical nurse program

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    Must maintain current, active license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Colorado. Must maintain current BLS certification.
