Epic Wisdom Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Epic Wisdom Analyst to support our Dental and Oral Health applications. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Epic WISDOM build, configuration, and optimization, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows and integration with other Epic modules.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure, build, and maintain the Epic WISDOM module to support dental operations and workflows.
- Partner with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for upgrades, patches, and new implementations.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and workflows that improve efficiency and patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies for patient data security.
- Collaborate with other Epic teams (Cadence, Resolute, MyChart, etc.) to support integration and cross-module workflows.
- Provide go-live and post-go-live support, including training and end-user assistance.
- Document workflows, build changes, and maintain system-related knowledge base.
