Job Summary : Performs various front office and back office patient care duties. More specifically, this position will assist with flow of patients from the waiting area to exam rooms and perform preparatory work on patients to ensure efficient use of the physician's time.

Department : Breast Surgical Services Location : Englewood, NJ Status : Regular Full Time Shift : 8 Hours Hours : 9 am - 5 pm

Job Essentials : The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

• Medical office experience preferred.
• MR experience preferred.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a medical setting.
• Epic experience preferred. Previous electronic Patient Booking / Scheduling experience preferred.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish / English preferred not required

Education Requirements :

Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses / incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
