Joe Cooper Ford Pro-Elite Commercial Fleet of Edmond is accepting applications for Mobile Service Technicians who will drive company provided service trucks to client locations for maintenance and service of commercial vehicles. Service technician applications of all levels of experience with or without Ford experience is encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

• Performs diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance for customer and dealership vehicles.
• Fully understands and carries out repair orders as dispatched.
• Conducts full inspection, diagnosis, and troubleshooting to determine repair needs.
• Performs quality control checks to ensure repairs are completed.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Communicates effectively with Service Advisor and Parts department personnel
• Participates in company and Ford Certification training and education to further develop expertise. Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
