Recruitment Consultant

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to placement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the property industry.

Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment methods.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.

Provide expert advice and market insights to clients and candidates.

Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.

Maintain and update recruitment databases and records accurately.

Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment goals and targets.
