Key Responsibilities
Develop and facilitate engaging training programs and materials based on audience needs
Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess training needs and modernize training assets
Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in adult learning methodologies and instructional design
Knowledge of instructional design theory and adult learning principles
Proven ability to create engaging curriculum
High technical aptitude and ability to navigate new situations quickly
