These Data Center Operator roles start with build‑out work, including assembling server racks and staging materials, and will expand into ongoing data center operations as the facility becomes fully active. • Experience in warehouse, assembly, production, logistics, or technical operations preferred
• Able to use basic hand tools and perform light mechanical assembly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work instructions
• Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities
• Experience in data centers, electronics, or equipment installation is helpful but not required
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screening
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

Data Center Operator Responsibilities

• Assemble server racks and equipment based on detailed instructions
• Stage, move, and organize materials for installation and operations
• Set up and prepare data center spaces during build‑out phases
• Assist with inventory handling and material flow
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines
• Work closely with team members to meet project and operational objectives
• Adapt to evolving duties as the site becomes fully operational

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $23 per hour on 1st shift
• 2nd and 3rd shift differential available
• Full‑time schedules; shifts and workdays may vary based on operational needs
• Flexibility to work assigned shift as business needs change is required
