These Data Center Operator roles start with build‑out work, including assembling server racks and staging materials, and will expand into ongoing data center operations as the facility becomes fully active. Requirements for the Data Center Operator- Experience in warehouse, assembly, production, logistics, or technical operations preferred
- Able to use basic hand tools and perform light mechanical assembly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work instructions
- Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities
- Experience in data centers, electronics, or equipment installation is helpful but not required
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
Data Center Operator Responsibilities- Assemble server racks and equipment based on detailed instructions
- Stage, move, and organize materials for installation and operations
- Set up and prepare data center spaces during build‑out phases
- Assist with inventory handling and material flow
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines
- Work closely with team members to meet project and operational objectives
- Adapt to evolving duties as the site becomes fully operational
Pay & Schedule- Starting pay: $23 per hour on 1st shift
- 2nd and 3rd shift differential available
- Full‑time schedules; shifts and workdays may vary based on operational needs
- Flexibility to work assigned shift as business needs change is required
