Hospitalist Medical Director

Permanent / full time / employed

Ashland, Oregon

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Hospitalist Medical Director to join our team in Ashland, Oregon.  This is a full-time position with flexible block scheduling and you will provide coverage of inpatient shifts as well as serve as the Medical Director for the Hospitalist program.

THE DETAILS

  • Flexible block scheduling
  • Competitive compensation of $1614 per shift
  • Performance incentives up to 16% of base compensation starting year 2
  • $25,000 signing bonus
  • $15,000 relocation assistance
  • $5,000 annual CME allotment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • All physicians must have hospitalist and administrative experience
  • Leadership experience as a Medical Director or another equivalent role
  • Candidates must be BC / BE in Internal Medicine
  • MD or DO license (or eligible) in Oregon is required
  • This employer will assist with sponsorship
