Join a mission-driven team making a real difference in healthcare! At Renown Health , we're seeking an experienced Supervisor of Sterile Processing to lead and elevate our Sterile Processing Unit.

As the Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality sterile instrument and device processing for patient care across all age groups—from neonatal to geriatric. In this leadership position you will :

Lead and develop a high-performing team —from hiring and training to evaluation and professional growth.

Manage day-to-day operations of decontamination, assembly, sterilization, storage, and distribution while complying with regulatory and organizational standards.

Coordinate departmental goals, budgets, and workflow to deliver cost-effective sterile processing services that support clinical excellence.

Partner across departments to optimize healthcare delivery and uphold safety, quality, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, JCAHO, state / federal).
