Join Trane Technologies as a Manufacturing Engineer in Pueblo, CO. In this role, you will operate innovative engineered systems and develop, coordinate, and implement sustainable manufacturing production processes. Your cross-functional team will be focused on delivering quality, safety, and operational efficiency improvements.

Where is the work:- On-Site (5 days) at our Pueblo, CO facility with a working schedule of Monday-Friday 7am-4pm and every other Saturday. This position is considered a safety-sensitive role.
\n
What you will do:\n- Provide timely resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems, including investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.
\n- Create cost-effective and safe manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to improve manufacturing operations.
\n- Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls that optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.
\n- Uphold manufacturing standards including machine capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings, and cycle times.
\n- Generate work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized work to ensure quality at the source meets product and manufacturing specifications given local needs.
\n- Serve as a voice of the customer for input for new design development.
\n- Partner with on-site EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) to ensure all equipment meets safety regulations compliant with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).

What you will bring:\n- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
\n- PFMEA experience preferred
\n- Ability to accurately assess manufacturing issues related to process and design
\n- Effective communication at multiple levels coupled with ability to build relationships.
\n- Growth mindset - desire to expand technical skillset.
\n- Results-driven to maintain accountability and customer-focus
\n- Degree preferred in Engineering or related technical disciplines
\n- We prioritize practical experience and relevant skills. Candidates without a degree are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $63,500-95,000/annually
