THE POSITION :

The Director Construction plays a critical role in delivering large-scale complex data center projects on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Sr. Vice President Construction this role will oversee day-to-day project execution provide leadership to project teams and ensure alignment with STACKs operational and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate has significant experience leading multi-million to billion-dollar ground-up construction projects including turnkey data center campuses and thrives in fast-paced environments. The Director will serve as a key interface between general contractors vendors and internal stakeholders ensuring project success through collaboration communication and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Project Leadership : Direct and manage construction projects across the region ensuring accountability for budgets schedules quality and safety.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a primary contact with general contractors owner-direct vendors and internal teams ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
• Budget & Schedule Oversight : Review track and forecast project budgets cost reports and schedules; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Team Development : Lead mentor and develop regional project management staff fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
• Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional STACK teams (Engineering EH&S Finance Operations) to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
• Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to maintain delivery commitments.
• Reporting : Prepare and present reports updates and analyses for senior leadership clients and partners as required.
• Culture & Standards : Champion a culture of safety quality professionalism and innovation across all projects.
