CAM Programmer (Mastercam - Fully Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced CAM Programmer with strong Mastercam expertise to support CNC machining operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in the Norfolk, VA area. This is a full-time, salaried, 100% onsite position, working five days per week on the shop floor.This role works closely with machinists, shop leadership, and engineering to develop efficient, accurate CNC programs while supporting parts through production. The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable in a manufacturing environment, and skilled at translating engineering drawings and GD&T into reliable machining strategies that drive quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.#LAT
