Clinical Audiologist

We are seeking a patient-focused Audiologist to join a patient-centric, growth-oriented hearing healthcare organization in the greater Philadelphia, PA area.

About the Role

The Audiologist is responsible for managing the full patient journey—from testing and evaluation to fitting, counseling, and follow-up care. In this role, you will also oversee daily clinic operations, support a Patient Care Coordinator, and contribute to clinic growth and referral success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations, including sound field, air/bone conduction, speech testing, SRT, LDL, and MCL.
• Recommend and fit hearing instruments based on patient needs and lifestyle.
• Provide ongoing follow-up care, counseling, and adjustment appointments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional clinic environment.
• Manage Sycle and cash-handling procedures to ensure financial accuracy.
• Oversee and collaborate with the Patient Care Coordinator; perform PCC tasks when needed.
• Track and report referral outcomes from marketing and patient engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Active Audiologist license in the sate of PA.
• Prior dispensing/clinical hearing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Professional presence and ability to build trust with patients.
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods; manual dexterity; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% depending on clinic needs.
