Key Responsibilities
Consults with leadership to promote core values and employee engagement
Acts as a subject matter expert in resolving employee relations issues and conducting investigations
Facilitates the implementation of HR initiatives and ensures alignment with business policies
Required Qualifications
Minimum associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
At least 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner required
Preferred qualifications include certifications such as CCP, SPHR, or PHR
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations related to training and recruitment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
