Position : Data Entry / Warehouse

Duties / Tasks / Lifting :

Receive cargo and enter shipments into the warehouse receipt system ( Magaya )

Verify cargo information, quantities, and documentation

Perform data entry related to freight forwarding operations

Assist with warehouse coordination and inventory tracking

Answer emails and communicate shipment details using Outlook

Support general administrative and computer-based tasks

Maintain accurate records and organized files

Light lifting as required in warehouse operations

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Requirements : Bilingual

Experience in Freight Forwarding required

Experience with Magaya preferred

Computer and Outlook skills required
