Masterbrand offers two shifts first and second.

First shift is Monday-Thursday from 6 AM-4:30 PM.

Second shift is Monday-Thursday 5 PM-3:30 AM.

Job Description

Summary:

Pit Operators, drive forklifts and reach truck equipment to push, pull, stack, lift and move products, equipment, and materials within the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

1. Daily inspection.
2. Efficiently unload/load trailers using proper PPE and safety procedures.
3. Report any daily nonconformances.
4. High degree of attention to prevent injury to others.
5. Follow instructions and directives from the supervisor and/or lead.
6. Move materials, supplies, and goods to designated places in the warehouse.
7. Adhere to MBCI Safety Policies.

Qualifications

• Pass all forklift exams (written and hands-on)
• Works well as a team.
• Previous experience is preferred.
• Works well under time processes.
• Operate both forklift and reach trucks.
• Sense of urgency and drive.
• Flexible.
