Care Coordinator Specialist

A company is looking for a Care Coordinator Auth Scheduling Specialist for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Completes patient referrals and coordinates with practices and departments

Obtains necessary authorizations and prepares financial estimates for patients

Schedules surgical procedures and diagnostic testing while ensuring accurate time allocation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or GED required

Computer experience is required

Understanding of insurance coverage and medical necessity policies preferred

Knowledge of medical records software preferred

Customer service experience is required
