Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' requirements and devise personalized therapy strategies that help them achieve their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with Allied Health Professionals : Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure all-encompassing, holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families : Instruct patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques to encourage progress in everyday life
• Document and Monitor Progress : Keep track of clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients are meeting their goals
