Clinical Nurse II : Ortho / Spine, 24 hrs / week, Days

Job Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document care as required by company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions effectively.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care rendered.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as ordered, including over-the-counter and prescription medications.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop individualized Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high professional nursing standards.
